EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa can’t wait to get back to Albert Square.
Jossa has been on maternity leave from the soap, welcoming daughter Ella in February last year with former The Only Way Is Essex star Dan Osborne.
And while the actress is loving motherhood, she is very much looking forward to returning to the soap.
Speaking to The Sun, Jacqueline said: ‘I’m excited. To me, EastEnders is home and I could never imagine not going back. I feel ready now – Ella is at a good age.
‘I don’t feel like I’m being a horrible mum, whereas before I was like, “No, I’m never leaving her, ever!”‘
She went on: ‘For myself, I really badly need to work. I’ve loved being all “baby, baby”, but I said to Daniel that now I need to get my life back in order.
‘Your life can’t stop because you’ve got a baby – it can all fit in and work together.’

The EastEnders star  was last on screen as Lauren Branning in 2015, when she briefly returned during dad Max’s trial.
The wedding is believed to be taking place later this year, and Jac’s having a whopping eight bridesmais with Ella acting as her flower girl.
Dan’s son from a previous relationship, Teddy, is expected to be page boy.
