And she also completely stunned in the style department, continuing her streak of fashion awesomeness by with a slew of enviable looks. But as we pored over every image of Gomez from the evening, we couldn't help but notice something looked strangely different about her. At first, we couldn't quite tell what. And then it hit us...
Colored contacts. Gomez's eyes are naturally deep chocolate brown—but yesterday, she popped in some pale-blue contacts that were both incredibly pretty and weirdly transformative. Hung Vanngo, Gomez's makeup artist, posted a close-up of what Gomez looked like wearing the contacts on Instagram:
