Multi-talented Jessica Jung ventures into the fashion industry.

Embracing a philosophy of “less is more,” Jessica Jung of Girls’ Generation fame has just launched her fashion label Blanc & Eclare in Singapore. Showcased exclusively at Salon by Surrender, Blanc & Eclare’s first ready-to-wear denim and shirt collection is all about classic looks, clean silhouettes and detailing.

Reflecting Jung’s personal tastes and inspiration, these classics includes white t-shirts, denim shorts and jeans are all mainstays, not forgetting must-have signature eye wear and accessories, all designed for an effortlessly chic look.
At a press conference for the label’s launch in Singapore, Jung stated that her main inspiration came from the stylish looks of New York, Paris, Tokyo and of course Seoul, though she also spoke of being influenced by fashion around the globe.

Jung also name checked her sister, Krystal Jung who is with the group F(x), as an important advisor who has also made valuable suggestions and contributions to the final collection.
Salon by Surrender is a multi-label boutique, exclusively retailing Jung’s fashion label. Prices for the ready-to-wear collection, eyewear, fragrances and accessories range from S$150 to S$430.
